, an architectural casework manufacturer, is currently seeking an individual for Administrative Assistant.
This position is responsible for administrative duties in the office.
This position requires someone with excellent organization skills, energetic personality and flexibility in day-to-day duties.
This position is full-time and is located at our Richfield, WI corporate offices.

Director of Administration
Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently enter orders Greet visitors and answer phone Assist with daily invoicing Schedule and Maintain meetings in conference room Possess the ability to learn new products.
Assist with A/P and A/R Misc.
office duties, as required.
Roles/Relationships:
Effectively communicate with visitors and associates.
Provide assistance to upper management Specifications/Requirements:
Knowledge in QuickBooks Previous administrative experience Outstanding communication skills.
Self-motivation is an absolute must.
Superior organizational skills.
Sense of urgency; ability to respond rapidly.
Software proficiencies in Microsoft Office.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
