the opportunityThe Customer Care Representative provides seamless customer experience and being value added by addressing and resolving internal and external customer inquiries and assumes a proactive role in using product knowledge to help customers select the right equipment for their menu and application.
Responsibilities Enters all required information into the computerized systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, including order entry, repair orders, CRM, EDI, Amazon and Auto Quote.
Answers all incoming calls, emails and live chats providing both domestic and international customers with accurate information on products, availability, lead time, pricing and order status.
Resolves inquiries or complaints regarding products, services, equipment return or repair, and other issues.
Interacts with others in a professional, respectful, friendly manner, always supplying accurate and complete information to inquiries or when requesting information from them to assist with a customer question or need.
Composes clear, concise, and complete emails and other documents, proactively including relevant options and alternatives, as applicable.
Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional attitude and demeanor.
Proven ability to resolve customer issues using empathy, patience and listening skills.
Strong demonstrated planning, organization, critical thinking, and follow-through skills.
